Mr. Tang Chi Fai founded Union Medical Healthcare Limited in 2005 and the company was listed on the
Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2016. From medical beauty business, Mr. Tang led and
developed the Group into the largest non-hospital medical service provider in Hong Kong.

Mr. Tang is responsible for formulating group's strategy, system, corporate culture, managing the board and CXOs platform development. Mr. Tang has over 20 years of experience in management. Mr. Tang has diversified experiences ranging from the initial establishment and business development of medical aesthetic clinics and beauty centers, the development of marketing strategies and maintenance of sales channels. Mr. Tang was recognized as "Best CEO" in 2022 "Institutional Investor" All-Asia Executive Team Rankings.

The Group currently operates 182 clinics/centres, providing one-stop medical and healthcare services in
the Greater China region, employing more than 2,600 talents and professional medical personnel. The
Group provides a full range of services and products under 46 brands and 39 medical specialties.
