Dr. Or Chi Kong graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1991. He is a specialist in Plastic Surgery and has specialist training in Tokyo Woman Medical University in Japan. He worked in the Department of Surgery and the Division of Plastic Surgery of the Princess Margaret Hospital from 1992 to 2005. He started his private practice in Sphere Medical Aesthetic Centre. 

He is currently the council member of Hong Kong Medical Aesthetic Association. He is also the president of Hong Kong Surgical Laser Association and the honorary treasurer Hong Kong Association of Cosmetic Surgery previously.
